from your laptop you would need to find out what port your using its either vga, dvi or hdmi and you need those cords whichi am selling on here currently those r your better options based on what port your latop is then the tv that u want to use needs to have one of those ports or any these are the adaptors so find that out let me know this is what my husband says im have no clue on this stuff lol
