Nice camera but the lens is stuck out and when u push the power button it comes on and goes right back off. I dont know whats wrong with it. No batteries or sd card included, 10 mp

sounds like the battery. Mine does that if I have the wrong battery in ie... crv3 is what it needs but is suppose to run on AA but wont.

it actually sounds like a pin is stuck where the lens is going in and out! Does the lens start to move when you turn it on?

no, the lens doesn't move at all, when u turn it on Insignia pops up on the screen and then it turns off
