it would depend which style you wanted....usually if it is 3 tiers of diapers (55) including toys, bottles, pacifiers, rattles....65.00 if more than 3 tiers...add 10.00 per tier...you can always pick out the theme.

yes you can choose the theme (i just finished making a winnie the pooh themed one for the person who won my last auction 2 days ago) i usually do three tiers

yes i can do 101 dalmations i usually use size 1 diapers just because most babies are born between 7 to 10lbs...but i can use newborns
