Up for auction is a BRAND NEW girl's outfit with tag.

The size is 18 months and the brand is Genuine Kids from Oshkosh. My daughter never got to wear this before growing out of it. The top is adorable, it has ruffles down the chest and zips up the middle. The skirt is polka dot print with cute gold trim.

does the skirt stetch? my daughter is hard to fit in the waist lol. the set is soo adorable!

Yes the skirt has an elastic waistband, it says on the tag it will fit 23.5 pounds to 26 pounds. Hope this helps. :)
