Costume, has a brass look and black domed eyes. Pendant measures about 4 1/2" and moves as you do, 5 tiers, connected by o chains. The chain on this is a whopping 32 inches, and quite interesting in it's own right. Lobster claw clasp.

I don't know, I bought it in a second hand store a few years ago (it was in the glass case) but they did not know either.
