Diamonique diamonds arenot diamonds at all or any thing close to diamonds. Diamonique a brand name on QVC that sells Cubic zirconia that looks similar to a diamond. When u put lab created diamond that was false information and bidders need to know what they are getting. Please do more research so that next time people will be well informed before bidding. Listia prohibits and duping of bidders and this is "duping" whether it was intended or not.

Really??? Wow, I thought everyone would think it's a 2.25ct "REAL" Diamond. Anyone have &18,000.00 lying around? Everyone else but you, I guess knows this fact. I used the term diamonique in parenthesis in the description to give an idea of what it's like & also you see LAB CREATED. Lab Created Diamonds are diamonds, just not the "real" element in the Periodic Table. You should do more research & take a stroll around the Internet & read the thousands of similar descriptions. I actually took exact quotes from a reputable internet jewelers descriptions of similar products. You should read Auctioneer's descriptions carefully before posting your ridiculous comments . Thank you, Cameron.

People love that old costume jewelry list it under vintage jewelry and the points get up there. That is what I usually auction vintage jewelry. She could have fun with the jewelry thing for sure. Good luck to you both.

Hey everybody, thanks for the interest & God knows I didn't think it would come to this, but everything I know about the ring is in the description & if I find the pamphlet that came with it I will post it. It's new, it's nice, it's not a real diamond. I know 99% of all listians know this, but if you like the ring as you see it in the detailed photo's & can live with my description please bid & I wish you all the best! I've done my very best so far Listing Auctions here & read my feedback if there is any question as to how I conduct myself. I'm actually not in a very good mood @ the moment (just got a call from you know who) as you can surely tell by my writing tone & I apologize for the abrupt nature of this post, but I won't be replying to any more comments until my mood improves somewhat. Thanks again, Cameron.

Ok, well, It's great that I'm a chemist then because in order for the lab created diamond to be considered a diamond at all, it would have to have the exact same molecular formula as any other diamond. If the molecular formula is altered, it isn't a diamond at all. Being a look alike doesn't make it lab created. You are right about one thing though, lab created diamonds are real, thus their molecular formulas only differ slightly depending upon the starting material used to synthesize the final compounds. Diamonique diamonds are in fact cubic zirconia which in no way shape or form mirrors the molecular content of a REAL diamond. If it is lab created, it should also test positive with a diamond tester, hence same molecular formula. Also, diamonds are not elements, but are compounds composed of many minerals, which are in the periodic table. These minerals differ in content and concentration giving each type of diamond it's unique identity. :)

Well, I guess I've been put in my place. I actually was so irritated that I could have said it was a fossil fuel used by Inca's to produce a stronger libido. I am a Cath Lab Technologist & Echocardiographer who puts in way too may hours helping those in need (and enjoys it) to spend it arguing about something so trivial. I wish nothing but the best for you & have a wonderful day!

I'm trying to find the pamphlet that came in the jewelry box with no luck so far. I bought this (well, my sister picked it out) for me since I'm not a jewelry kinda guy. She (my EX) actually left before I even gave it to her. It was just a little something I thought she would like. It wasn't that expensive, but also not cheap. I believe it was around $180 dollars. Just a little present. I have left a message with my sister since she would know about re-sizing. If I find out I'll post asap. Thank you for your question, Cameron.

Thank you, I didn't know so many people liked jewelery on Listia. My Grandmother just had me go through all her old jewelery with her to give away or find someone who would like it. Only female left in the family is my sister who couldn't have cared less about it when I asked her if she wanted to look at the jewelery. She just turned 92 (Grandmother, not Sister. Ha!) & doesn't wear much but earrings once in awhile-mostly just out to eat every week. It's mostly Costume Jewelery (Seems better than jewelery made today), but some very nice old pieces. I'll show her the Site & peoples auctions & ask her if she would like to partake in the FUN! She just might like to see how it works & what members say about the pieces if I list them for her. She finishes the morning papers' crossword in an hour or so & needs more entertainment. I'll set up a small flat screen in the kitchen for her & test the waters. I'm going to do that after work on Wednesday. There, made a decision. Hope my long winded reply didn't bother you! Thanks & good luck on Listia!

actually you do not need proof of delivery when a claim is filed or proof of a tracking number. you only need to show proof of shipping and a receipt from the post office shows the zip code that package was sent to. and signature confirmation is way cheaper at 2.00 yes delivery confirmation does not work for international deliveries but signature conf works anywhere you ship it to if you want proof of delivery to the addressee. but if you dont want to spend the extra money all you really need to do is take a picture of the package with the postage on the package before the postman takes it and have the receipt. that is all Listia needs to go in your favor in a dispute situation. Thanks and good luck welcome to Listia .

I noticed you're kind of new to Listia, and I read your comment about your willingness to ship to Canada. Yes, it is relatively inexpensive to ship to Canada @ only $3.75 (I used 6 ounces as a guess) for a First Class Package/Parcel. But if you DO end up shipping there, please do yourself a favor, and add 'Registry Service' at the cost of $11.75, for a total shipping cost of $15.50. It will give you the ability to 'track' the package, and give you proof positive that it WAS in fact delivered to the named addressee. This is the least expensive way to make an international package traceable. If you mail without the ability to track the package, and the auction winner wants to, they can claim that they never received the item and request their credits be refunded. And since you didn't have a tracking number, or Registry Service, in order to provide proof of delivery, they WILL win. Sorry for the 'tutorial', but I'm just trying to help. Good luck with this awesome auction :-)

No, thank you for the information. I wasn't taking into consideration that someone might do just what you described. I'm trusting to a fault. But "once bitten, twice shy", right? I would prefer not to be bitten, but adding a layer of protection couldn't hurt. Thanks again, Cameron.

Good point silverfarr. Dont waste your money on Delivery Confirmation to Canada. Tracking of the package stops once it leaves the US. I sent a package from Tampa, FL to Canada and thought it was sitting in Miami for two weeks and found out you can no longer track it with DC once it leaves. Get a SIGNATURE!

That's why you list items you don't use or need anymore & get credit's. I've gotten 41,000 credits this week. It's just for fun, well for me anyway. It's not like Ebay. But thanks for the comment & I'm headed off to work. Have a good night & good luck on Listia, Cameron.
