Up for auction is a OOAK hand made mini top hat. These are popular among cosplayers and burlesque dancers. This is a completely perfect example with the exception of the fact the clips are glued in backwards. OOPS! So instead of it clipping from the front of your head back it would clip from the back of your head forward. Minor problem it is still completely wearable.
