New-No tags, never worn nor washed, no lining but darker in color,may shrink when washed, will need a strapless or criss cross halter bra, would be great over swimwear, lounging for hot summer days, straps are thicker braided, long & flowing, great easy pullover

States Small-probably Misses size 4/6, or Juniors 3/5

Measurements: 17" across total 34" No stretch & could shrink with wash

Top to bottom almost 40", waist area goes to 21" across (Total 42") Again- no stretch at all

This is a deep red orange color-not red but not orange, in-between

Name brand, 100% Cotton & will probably shrink when washed
