This is from a William Shatner (Star Trek) DVD club that I was a member of back in I think the early 2000's. I watched the movie once and it is pretty good. It stars Bruce Davison who has been in many TV shows and movies including almost every Star Trek series. He was in X-Men. The Practice. Hunter. And many, many more.
