The listing, cameo ring has ended.

Red stone, not sure what it is, the cameo is made of ivory, and is hand-carved. The gold is 24 carat and not gold plated. The size is 6 . This is very old. I have owned it for over 38 years, but had a previous owner who had is for 54 years.

This is a conch shell cameo I know because I have one. Its not Ivory but it is very pretty!!!!!

It is hard to tell the scale of the size. Could you possibly either put it on and take another picture, or take a picture of it beside a quarter or something, please? It looks like a small dainty ring. Something I could possibly use for a pinky ring. Thank you very much for auctioning this beautiful ring!!!!!!
