Pre-owned: Cato, women's 22/24W plus pretty navy blue sheer blouse, with short sleeves, in a floral print. There is elastic around the neckline, sleeves and bottom of the hem.There is also a tie at the neck. It is see thru so will need to wear it with a cami or something else. It is made from I believe polyester and spandex. Possibly cotton also. The fabric tag is missing.
Chest: 27 in. side to side.
Sleeve: short
Length: 27 in. from shoulder to bottom of hem.
All my items are with out rips, tears or stains unless noted in my description.
