A little history: 1800's during the historical forced relocation of Americna Indian's, called The Trail of Tears, many of their ancient and sacred seeds were destroyed or lost. The Pawnee and Osage tribes having made their way to Oklahoma, saved some of their varieties of maze which would later give birth to the most beautiful corn on earth.

Later during the turn-of-the-century, a local Oklahoma farmer named, Barnes, traced his Native American lineage to the Pawnee and Osage tribes. For his efforts, the tribes gave Barns three types of their sacred maze, which he cross-pollinated and introduced in 2012.
