So do jersey cards just come in regular packs?

They do. It's a question of how often you will pull one. In retail product (packs you could buy at a Wal-Mart or target) your odds are usually petty low of getting one, usually one per 48 packs or even one per 128 packs ... or worse, lol. At a hobby store, they have 'hobby product" where the odds are better but you pay a LOT more for the packs. At Wal-Mart you'll only pay $2-3 for a pack. At a hobby store, i've seen packs of cards that sell for $200 a pack, packs with guaranteed jersey cards or autographs in every pack.
