The listing, Actiontec NIB? - VoSKY Internet Phone Wizard for Skype has ended.

This looks to have been used for a few days and returned to the box. It includes the USB cable the phone cable, the software and instructions. It looks like it's in the original box except the UPC code has been removed for a rebate. This was made in 2005 by ActionTec, the company that makes all the routers for Verizon. I think it's VOIP technology and I don't think the technology has changed much over 5 years, but I could be wrong.

The box is disappointingly sort of yellowing, but the inside items look fresh and new.

Apparently you can use this with Skype :-).
