Listia actually has rules bout shipping you can check out. its something for.people to complain about cuz ppl get excited about winning auctions and they may be winning it for a gift for someone and if they expect to have it in a certain amount of time it might ruin the gift surprise. just sayin. watching

It may be worth it to you to pay for tracking if you have rural mail. That way it does show it has shipped and they can at least have that piece of mind. If I have to send anything worth more than a few dollars I do. Or you can allow the winner to paypal the amount for tracking or priority, and as long as you do it, you will be in the clear. some people actually buy the points off of here, or could be bidding on higher point items if they weren't tied up with an auction who's owner isn't serious about it. If there are any issues or if you can't ship, you can refund credits.
