Originating from the shoulders are narrow pavé (pave) "strings" of small White Diamond CZs.

The crown of each tip of the 4 prongs that hold the Champagne CZ has a secure, pronged-set small White Diamond CZ.

Two more strings of pavé small White Diamond CZs stretch from shoulder to shoulder and lovingly hug the solitaire Champagne Emerald-Cut CZ.
