This is the Heart Massager Reusable Heat Pack. The plastic has been removed from the packaging, but it's never been used. My daughter snapped the heat activator inside, but it can still be reheated in microwave. Instruction booklet is included. The maker is "Pure Romance".

FYI this cannot be heated in the microwave its to be done in boiling water=)
