The listing, 100% Angora Felted Soap One Bar #2 has ended.

Felted soaps can be a bit expensive... if you always wanted to try one, but didn't want to spend the $6-10 for one without knowing if you even like it, this is the auction for you! This is the second of 3 auctions I'm hosting for Felted Soaps.

These are my first attempts at making felted soap ~ slightly imperfect ~ meaning the are small areas where the soap is showing and other areas where the wool is slighted clumped. I'm currently using a bar myself with these same imperfections and it works great.

This is a great natural exfoliater that can be used from facial to feet!

Felted Soap replaces the need for a washcloth, face scrubbie, or expensive "exfoliating facial serum".

Inbetween uses, the wool shrinks to continue to fit around the soap. It eliminates the scum that sometimes build up on bars of soap, makes your soap last longer, and is still usable even with just a tiny bit of soap left.

This is very interesting...did you use carded wool? I think the imperfections are ok! I'd like to try it

I don't have hand carders yet, so I used a rabbits brush - like a hand carder, just much smaller. So instead of having the nice long raglans, I had 3x3 peices of "carded" fiber to use. :o) One I aquire real hand carders and improve my techniqu, I would like to do some dyeing and put together some felted soaps with the spider webbing designs.
