I've looked up the rules, on Listia, for gin. Below is the direct quote

However, if bidding reaches above 2,500 credits before the option is used, the Get It Now option will be removed and can no longer be used.

So, I don't think I'm allowed to use the gin option. That's my understanding of the above. Do you agree?
