Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this vintage, old, "San Bernardo da Mentone" medal/pendant. This is a religious, Italian medal commemorating a Catholic saint (Saint Bernardo Da Mentone), (protector of skiers & alpineists). It measures approx 1 3/8 inches in diameter and weights approx 18 grams. It is in very good condition for its age. I used a penny for size comparison only.
