its adjustable and never worn (cept for the pic lol) very nice mood ring. works great. i just have too many mood rings so im getting rid of the ones i dont wear. as it is its adjusted to about a 5 or 5 1/2 but it can go smaller if you try.

i added enough pics to show that it does change and to show that it can be adjusted.
