Thanks what gets me is how dare he tell me im doing something wrong when i delivered to him the item he won. Then he tells me hes keeping the first one because it was sent from new jersy instead of California. Who does he think he is. He is stealing from me either way because i paid for both of those items he got who cares where they came from. If he read the listing it said ships from the united states. And it was. Why should he keep 2 items. He's not listia he has no right judging me. If anything its up to listia to decide what i did and did not do correctly. Its all good the one thing i know is karma comes around alit more quickly and the people who mistreat me lost out on a great frienship with me. I love helping people makingthem smile i go far and beyond what other sellers do. Why because you are important to me. Im old school were people matter not the dollar. Ok im off my soap box now lol. Have a question. The size listing chart shows that there is an XXL size listed. Is that not available as you don't mention it in your description? I'm just asking. Since you stated that they run 1-2 sizes smaller than US sizes, I'd probably need that size and I really like the jacket and hope to win. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.

Wow just right now this member reecedawg29 won a mp3 it got lost in the mail so i sent a 2nd one well first one showed up so.i asked him to please write return to sender. He said he was not going to return but it that he was keeping that one too! Said not to message him again and blocked me! Can you imagine that what a thief. I cant believe it. Im done this time for good. One thing is to be rude but when people start stealing. From me thats a whole new ball game i dont want to play

Not a problem. The last month has been kinda rough for me on here. I totally get needing to rant. I'd try reporting him to Listia and see what they might do. Maybe they'll ban him or something. I don't know. They need to know that someone is abusing Listia and not reading descriptions clearly. Which is what I'm being blamed for doing. I'm being accused of not reading a description. Description of item: "One Frost and Glow Highlighting Kit". A kit implied everything is included. When in reality her listing is missing the developer. Only receiving the powder and the shampoo and conditioner that you use afterwards. She posted pics, but I'm no hair dresser so I didn't know that you didn't mix the powder with those two things to use it. I've heard it can be with some of those kits. I don't appreciate being bad mouthed and called a liar when I'm not lying.

I here you. Instead of being upset with you she couod have explained to you thst those kits do not come with the developer.thats if its one fron a beauty supply store. If its one from like walgrens ii r walmart a regular convuenve store then yes it comes with a developer. At a beauty supply they have deveoper on the shelves at anywhere ekse they do not. I think you have to have a special license to sell developer separately. So google it see if it comes with it or not. If it doesnt chalk it up to experience hard learned if it does sock it to her .

Those kits usually come with developer. I've seen them at Walmart. Hers is not shown in box. I had just assumed that she took it out of the box, decided she didn't want it and listed it here. One of the two listings of the same item, I got my credits back on per a Listia admin. The other one, a Listia admin is possibly siding with her and that is the one I really want my credits back on (over 20,000 credits). The one I got my credits back on was for 1 credit. She can't even keep her listings straight either. She said I was asking for a refund on the same auction when it was a completely different one and said it in all caps. Pretty much yelling at me and whatever Listia admin would be reviewing the refund dispute. I wrote back in all caps that that was a different listing completely. The other one is still pending. I don't know if the admin working on that one saw anything about responses from me and the jerk seller. She stated that I said I didn't want it anymore because I didn't want to pay for shipping, when that listing is free shipping. So they originally sided with her even though my dispute is she didn't list in the description that anything was missing. And after I placed my bid, apparently people commented but because I wasn't outbid I never saw them til after I won.

Ah that sucjmks sorry to hear thst. Yeah if they are sold at walmart they definately have developer. Walmart isnt into selling half an item and making you go to a beauty supply to get the rest. Listia definately has the worst customer service anywhere by far. Sorry to tell you this but most of everything that has to do with customer service on here is all automated tge computer sees the answers put on either side and goes with pre selected decisions. I have 20,000 credits i can give you if you reallly need them
