Well I knew this would happen one of these days, hubby says my collecting is getting out of hand and I have until the end of April to downsize!

So here is another piece to my downsizing!

You are looking at or bidding on The Hermit's Christmas book from 1912. This little book is 100 years old and in excellent condition! The only hand writing on the book is on the inside page, written in 1916. There are no torn pages, the binding string is original, and the pages are still stiff.
