This is a brand New Vera Bradley Leather Valet Key Chain.
It is called "Twice As Nice". It is made of Navy Blue Leather and has gold tone hardware. Retail $24.00

The gold rings are embossed with "Vera Bradley". One is a regular split key ring and one has the large hinged section that you can either use to put keys on or attach to purse handle, belt loop, diaper bag, other holder, etc. Great for when you need to separate keys in a hurry too or to leave car keys with dealership/mechanic and keep the rest of the keys. Metal knob allows you to open the leather section to slip out a key ring.
These are pretty handy. I have a few and love them.
