I made this Sat. I Let the sauce summer 8 hours. The house smells so good. I had to taste tests because my stomach was growling. Lol

I dated an Italian boy when I went to college. Loves his mother. Him not so much. He thought he was God's gift. His mother was. She would have me help her cook. She was a wonderful friend long after i stopped dating him. I recall being invited to thanksgiving. I assumed there would be turkey. Nope, a table full... lasagna and a soup. She taught me several.
I used to live next door to a lady who was a baker a few years later. She taught me to bake. She could have been Mrs. Claus! Happy all the time.

Lol..i had a boyfriend that with the best family I loved dearly but he was not God's gift either even though he thought he was..yes the Italians have their 5 course meal & rarely is it turkey..she must have loved you also as they do not like to share their cooking skills..Viva la Rigatoni..I love ricotta cheese too

This is from the Williams and Sonoma cookbook.
We have a store here in the area and I could go there every day !
The have quality items to cook And bake with. (Only but once,and it lasts forever). I saw this cookbook and it is so nice.
I will be listing Christmas cookies and breads next
