I dont know, its still in the package, I have never even opened it. My sister has one and said it does. The only reason i am getting rid of it is because i love the tweezers i already have.

I use paypal all the time since Ive joined listia and not have had a fee when I pay for shipping. I also recieve a refund when I buy credits and still do not win the bid. So Paypal is a great pal! And thats a great way to tell the world where your money is. Hope u stay safe!
