Check your Laptop and see if it takes DDR type RAM and also check if the Slot looks like its in the right place to check it for that remove the ram after shuting down your laptop but when tucking anything inside your laptop hold on with one hand to either something like the mettel frame of your laptop befor tuching anything in side like the RAM or either hold on to a water pipe to ground your self from static electricity from your hands or run a wire from the pipes to your self hold on to the wire with the laptop not plunged in or turned on then remove the ram AND CHECK IT TO SEE WHAT TYPE IT IS AND WHERE THE SLOT IS. the slot is in the photo on the RAM.
