It has a very relaxing herbal type of smell...if that is any help. Nothing overpowering since it is made with natural ingredients.

Most definitely..I have friends from India & they use this on their children & pets it is so gentle..They usually make it but would never give up the recipe as the ingredients are not easy to find in USA..Now they have "farms" where is can be produced on an organic/vegan level so it is gaining the popularity it deserves..I am SOOO excited for this auction & HIGHLY recommend it
