Are these made from Cardstock or just regular paper?

And can you tell me what they measure aprox?

they are cut from 65 lb cardstock and the tall ones measure about 4 1/4" high by 3 1/2" wide. the sitting one measures about 3 3/4" wide by 2 3/4" high. thank you ..fanning back !
