X-small puppy vest harness. Soft mesh 100% polyester, adjustable neck and chest, metal D-ring to attach leash, air mesh fabric for no chafe and no choke.
Recommended for chihuahua, baby yorkie, baby maltese, teacup poodle, etc.
neck is 8-9 inches
chest is 11-14 inches.Bought new for $18.99 plus tax. My maltese is skinny but his head was too big for this. He's full grown and about 10 pounds.

As you can see, I had to use the small size pink one on my boy and ordering a medium for my girl pom.

LOL, Thought I needed an x-small and a small but turned out I neede a small ans a medium. My loss. Hubby wanted me to return for exchange but I wanted to let a fellow Listian to have a chance for it instead. I had been looking for something like this for over a year. Soo happy to have finally found these, they are the best ever. I could never figure out how to use the ones with all the straps, lol. Anyway, I no longer have o worry about my lil man hurting his treachea or choking because he pulls like a bull mastiff.

Wow I was thinking about getting one of these for our cats :-)

I hate that we have to keep them locked up in a large cage on our front porch here :-s But this harness would let me bring them out and let them explore more around the yard without worrying about them getting hurt or having to chase them to put them back in the cage :-)
