This is a very pretty top in great condition. I will post measurement tomorrow.

Lol. I luv you. Never I shop on EBay. I really don't know much about it. Listia is my happy place. ~ I know the feeling. Many of us have been going through issues with members ( many do it for fun ), it's sad that they enjoy being rude.

WOW!!!! Some people just LOVE to ruin things for everyone!!! This Seller is awesome...and very sweet and friendly:) If you have an issue with someone...take it up with them in a private message...some of us...put on our big girl pants...and were raised to handle things with respect:) I am one of the nicest people on Listia...So I have been told hundreds of times...I have no negative feedback at all!!! Even I am growing very tired of the cranky ones on here...and would love to see less of it!!!

"All Listia rules apply " ? For the buyer but not the seller . Listia rules give you 7 days after the auction ends to ship . So not ALL listia rules apply . I see this all the time on this site . sellers say "All Listia rules apply " right after making up different rules for themselves . That's not fair for buyers .

Well, thanks for that lovely bit of information. I work 5 24 hour shifts a week, 55 miles from home. When I am home, I care for my 80 year old ill mother. Listia is my hobby. I don't have time for myself much. So if you have a problem with my way of doing things then I suggest that you don't bid on my items. Just that simple Dear Heart. My days aren't that far off from the rules. Listia isn't a lifestyle hon, it's a fun place to meet people and share things. For fun, not life or death issues. So, as you have appointed yourself the Listia police, good luck with that. You may find yourself blocked from may really nice auctions.

Then why state "All listia rules apply " . Everyone has busy lives but if a winner doesn't stick to listia rules and send you their address within 7 days you keep the credits and relist the item as the rules allow . Like I said that's not fair to hold your buyers to all listia rules and not yourself . That's all I'm saying . Maybe you'll loose bidders you would have gotten because on this site when you see someone making exceptions for themselves that they wont make for others red flags go up . You have to wonder how many exceptions will be made .
I've been screwed out of items and credits by people who make up their own rules . And I'm sure I'm not the only one .
Maybe your auctions would sound more buyer friendly if you removed "All listia rules apply " and just explain " I only ship twice a month. " You wouldn't sound like such a risky and unfair seller . Good luck .

I have been on here for over 5 years with a perfect record, i think that speaks for itself. as for the all listia rules apply, it is referring to the verified address. i have given buyers more time over and over, i have waited until they get verified, i have even given refunds and still sent the item to them when they have had a true hardship. my reputation speaks for itself. as far as you getting screwed by other sellers, well..........sorry about your luck. if you can find one person on here who says i have been unfair then i would believe your gripe. but there are none darling because i am an honest, go above and beyond seller.
