nwt - painted tin - I am coating it for added protection if you use it outside - can't promise it won't rust, but if paint stays intact it should be ok - 7 1/2 in diameter - so cheerful and bright - makes you happy even when it rains - I have a couple in my kitchen - in OR you sometimes need reminders that the sun is still up there . . . . lol - this is rather light, so I can offer free shipping - thanks for taking a peek - drop in any time
