The listing, Dainty White Jacket - small has ended.

Small white jacket. Very dainty, with embrodered details at the bottom, attached ribbon waist that ties as a bow. Hook closure, sleeves have two button closure. 100% cotton. I bought it at a flea market but it was too small for me. Very pretty and dainty.

it's 100% cotton and machine washable, good luck!

i would say yes, but it might be a bit big for the XS person. if it helps i measured from shoulder to shoulder and its approximately 14 1/2 inches.
