Actually I don't have a hook or instructions. I've seen hooks at Joanne Fabrics and Hobby Lobby, they probably have them at Michaels and Walmart too. You can go to Nifty Knitter's website for instructions. Sorry, I wish I had those things to go with it, but my daughter's help themselves to my stuff when they come home.

I am a loom knitter and you can find plenty of how to videos on youtube on how to use this loom, it a great deal as Knifty Knitter's are being made anymore, they were bought out!! You can find the hooks online at Amazon and other places just have look around.........awesome auction as you can make scarves, blankets, handbags and much more with the loom. I would be bidding but I already have this one!! This truly is a great crafting item to have!!! :-)
