it looks like the Intel Core 2 Duo 1.80GHz/2M/800/06 SL9TB 775 that came in the HP pavilion a6000 and if it said intel inside then it has an intel inside. thanks....

Very good processor. Most computers don't even need anything this good, but gamers are starting to require more heft. The Core2Duo will still work great for most people, and my laptop uses a similar model.

Have the same processor in my PC and can run any game out there with it. It helps that I have 8GBs of DDR3 memory and a 1GB PCI-E graphics card.
