Description

The listing, Authenic Tibet Wolves Tooth Pendant~Please Read~Cleared by US Game and Fish Commission~LOW GIN!!!! has ended.

This is an Authenic Tibet Wolves Tooth Pendant with a Pewter bail. Tooth is 2-3 Inches Long. Very Nice & Collectible! Gin if you can! Its so worth it! FREE SHIPPING!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO WRONGFULLY FLAG THIS AUCTION!!!!

I contacted the US Game and Fish Commission about offering this pendant on Listia.com. I had an auction pulled (a wolves tooth bone pendant) because someone flagged it against the rules. I contacted the US Game and Fish commission online .(Like i was told to do by Listia). They emailed me back saying There are No restrictions as long as they are shipped "in" the united states. They said the only way i would have to fill out forms with the USGFC, is if i wanted to sell them or send them "outside" of the United States.THEN i would have to buy a permit. Otherwise, i am fine .Here is the email:
Dear Victoria,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the sale of wolf tooth pendants. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's mission is, working with others, to conserve, protect and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.

We would have no requirements regarding the sale of these wolf tooth pendants within the United States provided that they were legally imported under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES).
However, should you choose to sell these wolf tooth pendants to an individual "outside" of the United States, the following requirements will apply: You would have to purchase a International sellers permit.

SO:
I can LEGALLY offer them with the U.S. I even provided the US GAme and Fish Commission the link to the Origional seller I bought it from so they could verify that! (Also, NO animals were harmed. They came from deceased.)

Please leave me positive feedback because i am a quick responder, a quick shipper, and strive to please all!

Tori as all Indians believe everyone has an animal spirit within them. I was told mine was the wolf, now in my family w/ my children I raised a hybrid and a half dog/wolf. Many people believe they are as vicious as bit pulls, when pitts are bred to fight and the wolf is a family oriented animal. Your Alpha: head of househood, Omega: light hearted and referee to members in the family and also hunter to bring food to family and then you have the one who plays the nurse made of the pack who takes care of the cubs! If compared to the families today the wolf has a stronger family unit than humans! Balto my hybrid when my 2 girls where 6&7 where always safe he always stayed be their sides and I never had any worries. Even living in a bad neighborhood when I had him I never had to lock my door. He started pushing my husband away from me and his stepdaughters, wouldn't allow him to hug, kiss or even sleep in our bed. So, I ended up finding him a wonderful home that had children too. Exactly 6 months later my husband was removed from our home by the magistrate for abuse. Balto knew and tried to warn me, never again will I pick a man over my wolf, now I have Duke and he is not a pet but one of the family and is treated as such. I have NO Problems with your auction for the tooth was taken from a deceased animal like the Indian did as well. In fact I bidding on one now but sorry for a different auction. Don't let others make you feel bad or in the wrong when you know what you are doing is not harming any animal and I'm sure they have no leg to stand on either. I bet they can't say they have never in their life harm an animal, either they didn't feel like feeding or water it that day or they hit it for excessive barking or left a mess in the house or tore it up! Love your auction and go for it and tell everyone else to jump in the river!! watching and fanned!!!

Thanks for the information. I had auctioned off 5 of these a few months ago. Every single one ginned. But my last auction was pulled because certain activists were flagging it "against the rules".Listia told me i had to have written proof of permission to offer them on Listia from the US Game and Fish Commission. (Which i have letters from the US and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commmission with permission). I had to get all that before i could re-list. Crazy thing was..Listia Featured my auction before it was pulled. I have had People of Native American Backgrounds scold me and threaten me because i am half Indian and The wolf is a sacred animal to Indians. They say, I am breaking Indian law by offering it and disgracing my Indian heritage. When it photos you see Indians with wolves teeth around their necks and Wolf Headdresses on their heads, and furs around their bodies! All i am doing is listing an auction. Ya know?

Yes, I think I've seen just about every National Geographic Special there ever was filmed on wolves and have read massive books and any other special or news work on T.V. I've always wanted to have my Rehabilitation Ranch for wolves, between the different breeds and ones that have become hunted to almost extinction. There do have some in Montana I just love the breed I feel a very strong connection to them. I miss my Balto and Shebia so much I loved to hear them sing, of course the neighbors were a little off set from it. My husband found this picture and said he felt it showed my feelings for life and the wildness of my heart as he put it!! A hopeless romantic he is!! lol I'm also waiting and watching the time let so hopefully I can pounce and take it. The credits I was waiting for haven't come through yet or I would have ginned for you in a heartbeat!

Tori I'm sorry that this cotton candy person thought it would be cute to leave a rude message to me on one of your auctions. I apologize for her misreading of my message to you when I mentioned the bit bulls. When I said many people believe they are vicious animals, I did not use I. Please before leaving rude comments on others auctions, make sure you fully READ and UNDERSTAND what is being said.

bwolfmomma - That statement you made about Pit Bulls just shows how close minded you are, and you obviously know NOTHING about them and have never owned one of them!! Do some research about them, dont believe the hype in the media you hear, they werent bred to be vicious towards people!! Dont blame the Breed, blame the irresponsible owners!!!!

Tori - Wonderful auction, my neighbor is part Cherokee and her birthday is coming up and she would love this! But it seems like its already got quite a few people interested, and I just spent a bunch of credits =[ Do you have many more that you plan on listing in the future?

I've watched, read, thought....I love the wolf, and I have a Native heritage. And I would love to have the tooth. But...it's illegal in my state to even possess the bone of an endangered animal if you are not a member of a recognized federal tribe. It isn't the wildlife people that prevent me from bidding. It's the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Since your state cleared you to list it, plus you are giving it away - they might have felt differently about selling it - I hope your auction does well. I hope whoever wins it truly cherishes it for its great power. I also hope they check with BIA about owning it, or better yet, don't admit it's real. That way, no one gets hurt.

Its a beautiful piece. The origional seller of this tooth , from Tibet, had to purchase and provide the legal permits and documentations in order to offer them. The Tibet Wolf, although endangered, falls under a certain category where they are not "Completely" endangerd or in certain threat of becomming exstinct. These are perfectly legal ! I went to great lengths with the US ~and~ State Game and fish commision to get permission and prove it was legal. BUT thanks for the info and thanks for stopping by!

Actually, Bwolfmama, pit bulls are not all like the news portrays them to be. Most are sweeter than any dog you'll ever meet. As for the wolf's tooth, my only concern is how it was obtained. If the wolf was killed for the tooth, then I have a problem with that...otherwise, enjoy your auction.

I have a pit bull. he is a gentle giant. Its all about how the owner raises their dog ! In fact, the only dog i have seen bite anyone was a mixed breed and afull blooded shepard. BUT, in my description, it clearly states...No wolves were hunted or killed for their teeth. They were obtained from deceased animals.

A wolves tooth symbolizes Power, cunningness, strength, courage, and represents family.
Wolf is a symbol for companion and guardian. In a positive light they are a symbol of loyal, faithful, honesty and willing to fight injustice.
The wolves travel in packs and take care of their own , so it also symbolizes caregiver and provider! I am proud to wear my wolves tooth as i see it as a sign of hope, luck ,strength, and healing.
