Just don't put any lighter fluid or a wick in it then it should not temp you to light up,
I have been quit for 31 years so keep up the work, You CAN DO IT!!!!

Well, to those who've quit or still quitting...think of it like collecting something that is extinct. Imagine a world without tobacco (and the other dangerous 4,000 chemicals added) addiction so these are relics, just like ashtrays. Something to celebrate....and feel good about collecting.

hi great lighter how big is approx and has the plating wore off or is thediscoloration just tarnish?

The lighter is 2' High and 1 1/2 closed, The finish looked the same as when I found it in an antique shop many years ago, I think at one time the embossing on the front was gold in color, I haven't tried to clean it but I did put a piece of flint in it and it worked great but it will need a wick, I will send th pack of flints with the lighter
