As far as I know all the other stuff that comes with the computer works just fine. It is my boyfriends old computer he never used it much and left it plugged up on the charger and it fried the harddrive. I am getting rid if all the other stuff becouse I really need the credits and he told me to put it on here so I can get some more credits I just have a 17 inch tosheba that already has all that extra stuff already on it. I don't want ne one to think there is a catch. I just have no use for it LOL.

it will turn on it goes to the comoaq screen then the screan goes black and it wont go no futher i had a computer expert look at it and he tolf me the hard drive was fried

A new disc drive for a laptop can run anywhere from $60.00 to $250 new. It is not that hard to replace, but the operating system will need to be replaced and HP is really not helpful.

in the decsription i stated thay there was a charger and all the cords to hook up the dvd drive and its not the battery its the hard drive the computer is model U98M010 the series is PP2120 u should be able to get the pirces from this info
