skirt.
has little tiny tassels and Beautiful embroidered design on the bottom.
Elastic waist can fit small to medium.
this would be perftect for a gypst dancer or even for every day casual wear.
worn once.

I would not be surprised if this is a Vintage skirt.
It definitly looks like it.
