Description

The listing, Organic Hand-Harvested Pink Dianthus Seeds 4 grams- SWEET WILLIAM SEEDS has ended.

This listing is for 4 grams of Sweet William seed, also known as Dianthus. You will get a mix of pink, pink and white, scarlet and scarlet and pink flowers. I will send these out in two small baggies for easy delivery.

These seeds were organically grown in my own garden and hand-harvested by me this year so they are fresh for the upcoming Spring Season! I used recycled rain barrel water to nurture the plants that gave off these seeds. You will notice some inert material (non-seed plant parts) in your baggies; I have weighed the contents to be closer 5.5 grams to compensate for its weight.

How much is 4 grams? You should be able to cover roughly 25 sq. f.t. An ounce of non-organic sweet william seeds will run you about $8.99 online.

Free shipping for the winner. Good luck and happy bidding!!

these are not vines- they root in the ground and mine grew to be between a foot and two feet tall. They don't wrap themselves around other plants or choke out light in competition like a vine plant might. You can scatter them on the ground or you can plant them in rows. The plants will only spread seed if you leave the flowers to dry on the plant. If you leave the flowers to dry on the plant, the seed will drop in the same location of the plant and produce a concentrated cluster of Dianthus. If you live in a moderate climate like I do, often times the roots will survive the winter and bloom again the next year.
