This auction is for an Almost Uncirculated 1963-D Franklin Half Dollar.
This coin is close to being called Uncirculated with NO wear at all on it and "FULL BELL LINES" on the Bell. Since there are a few small scratches and some water spots on both the Obverse and Reverse, it is just easier to go with the Almost Uncirculated and not have to explain the condition. I could have taken some warm soapy water to the coin to see if the water spots would come clean, but again, I am just leaving it as is.
I supplied both pictures and scans of the coin but the "Mint Sheen" is close to impossible to allow for a good picture, and by leaving the lid open while scanning, the Sheen does not get so bright and allows for you to see the "water spots".
