See photos. This has an outlet for a device with an actual plug and one USB. 140 Watt. DC to AC Inverter. DieHard - a great brand.The USB and metal parts on the place where it fits in your car adapter have some rust on them but this works. It lights up green when plugged into the car. It is slow to charge, but can at least keep a device with a regular outlet Plug going with some juice.
It was originally over $60, but it has a little rust and is used. I would use it as a backup.
The part that plugs into your car adapter is longer than the average adapter. I had to prop it up with something to keep it in the outlet.
