This is a beautiful Sterling Silver stamped "STERLING" rainbow rose ring. I don't have a ring sizer but it is 17 mm in diameter and from what I found online that seems to be a size 6 3/4. I wear a size 7 on my ring finger and this fits but is just a little snug. I don't know what the stone in the middle is but it has a nick in the center of it as shown in pictures.
