I used this 2 or 3 times at most on long trips with no radio stations available. Now we mostly stay home.
You get everything shown here when you win this auction...
2nd Gen 8 GB iPod Model # MC086LL. Software version 4.2.1. This has been reset to factory settings.
You also get brand new ear buds, USB cable, wall charger, iHome desktop speaker (battery operated, takes 4 AA batteries), screen protectors and a rubber case.

I didnt read through all the comments so if this is a repeat question I am sorry. Is the only difference between the 2nd gen and the 4th only the camera or is there more? I am sorry I dont know anyhing about these but i have always wanted one and i know my step duaghter has one with a camrera but i do believe urs dont have one whiich is just fine with me i am just wondering. as far as I could tell by reading up on the 4th gen, the main difference is the camera. This one does not have one, so you cannot do facetime with it.

no, this is an iPod, the rubber encasement was originally used for an iPhone, but fits the iPod as well.

sadly, there is nothing you can do. My husband got a neg once because the post office broke an item. He refunded the credits and she left a neg anyway. There is no way to have it removed.

Well, I left a message with Listia and they are looking into it, I looked back and saw that not only did she not pay the PayPal 3months ago, but requested a refund right after 24 hours, which I refunded...this is horrible...

good luck, we got nowhere with it. When people do that, block them and leave a neg for them if you haven't waited too long. Then move on, because that is really all you can do.
