This coin was originally in a U.S. Mint 1959 Proof Mint Set and someone has cut up the "cello-pak". This coin is still withing the original Mint "Cello-Pak" that makes it untouched by human hands and in Excellent shape.
Any and All scratches seen in the scans are on the "cello-pak" and not the coin itself.
