The listing, Heirloom Cotton Seeds has ended.

This is not your average cotton plant. These seeds came from the heirloom variety that was grown in 18th century Virginia. The plant gets taller than modern cotton.

Help save the old genetics. These seeds are from plants grown from seeds of Colonial Williamsburg's plants. I have plenty, and am happy to share. I will send seeds, not the whole pod to make shipping easier.

Hi! Do you know how long I can store them, such as in a freezer or fridge, before I have to plant them and have them still be viable? Thanks!

honestly no, I don't know. I have never experimented with that. I gave several to a friend last summer and she grew a few plants that produced, but she didn't share with me germination rate.
