In less than 4 inches of space Topps has depicted how far baseball has come from it's racist past and to a greater extent how far our country has come. Cabrera and Cobb back to back, one playing in an era of tolerance and acceptance and another a noted racist (Cobb) playing in an era of hatred and segregation and yet both playing for the same team and sharing the Tigers' uniform and perhaps one day space on the wall at the hall of fame. I truly believe this is one of the great cards Topps has ever produced.
