this unusual blouse is a brilliant color of blue-like a peacock blue, or something lol
It has larger embellishments on left upper corner along with little beaded flower outlines and metallic lace around the collar. It has a low elastic waste and has never been worn.
The brand is Chi Chi and it is an XL-but fits more like a large. A beautiful top!
