well I guess my ignorance is the same lol I have never heard of it until I found it and listed it here. it looks almost like a colored powder. Someone told me they use it for cards. I will do a little research on it.

"Flocking" is a decoration process that enhances the way a wide variety of products are experienced by making ordinary surfaces seem far more magical and special. "Flocking" is the process of depositing millions of little individual cut fiber particles (called "flock") onto the surface of an article for the purpose of increasing the tactile sensation, aesthetics, color and appearance.

Some use it on the side of jewelry boxes to protect jewelry from scratches, some use it on trees and wreaths to make them appear more realistic. Used on t-shirts, pictures, just about anything. Appears it is used to like glitter.

You can use it on baked polymer clay - such as animals to make a fur like appearance. You must do it in small patches with "Hobby Glue" It stays tacky.
