I have a question? I posted some patterns to send through email, and i had two different people tell me I couldnt do that unless i designed the pattern, but I have one two differenct patterns that got emailed to me and I have seen many others that way. So what are the rules on that situation? I don't care, I just seen others doing it,and was wondering whats up? It doesn't bother me to get them that way because I have all my patterns save on my computer anyway.

i seen alot of ppl doing it so i do too know and i havent seen anyone have any trouble with it so i still do it i read the rules a few times and i dont or didnt see any where were not aloud to give away patterns so i have no iead

The rules violation is the reproducing of copyrighted material. If you send the physical pattern to the winner you are not violating copyright laws or Listia Rules. If I had read this more carefully, I wouldn't have bid on it, I don't want to be involved with copyright violations.
